Volunteer opportunities are now OPEN for the 2022 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships, being held in Nottingham!
Would you like to help out at a major international event this summer?
Join our team of volunteers and be a key part of bringing the 2022 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships to life!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us in showcasing the world’s best freestyle athletes competing at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham between 27 June – 2 July.
We have a range of volunteer roles available across the event, from sports presentation to spectator experience!. You don’t need to be an expert about canoe freestyle, or have even volunteered before, we will find a role to suit you.

Alongside the amazing experience of volunteering for an event, successful applications will also receive British Canoeing Canoe Crew kit for the event (polo, waterproof and hoodie), training for your role, discounted camping at the National Water Sports Centre and your meals whilst on duty.
When you’re not volunteering, you’ll also be able to enjoy the action and see the best freestyle athletes showing their flips and tricks.
