Festival of Paddling at the Freestyle World Champs 2022

Festival of Paddling

Alongside the 2021 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships we are hoping to host a festival of paddling. This will give local residents, paddlers from across the country, and competitors from around the world, the opportunity to take part in a number of different activities across the site. Festival details will be confirmed at the end of April 2021 following a review of the impact of COVID-19. Should COVID allow we would love to deliver a festival for all including some or all of the below activities:

We are aware many people will have concerns over the impact of COVID-19. We will continue to review the possible implications and mitigations we can put in place to protect athletes, volunteers and spectators and make this the safest event possible.
